We came across Ayden's profile with a detailed review pointing out his integrity about how he sacrificed his commission just to protect his clients. That's when we decided he'd be the broker we call and I am extremely glad that we did. Early on, Ayden live-streamed a walkthrough of a property we were convinced was "the one." Over the course of a few days, he gave us his honest opinion and told us he did not think the house was worth the price. We flew down to see it for ourselves, and he was absolutely right. The issues we could not fully see in the online listing were obvious in person. That experience showed us one of Ayden's best qualities right away: he is honest and will tell you the truth, even when it is not what you want to hear and even when it does not benefit him. He helped us tour several homes throughout Santa Fe, and we eventually found the one we just closed on — a home we are absolutely thrilled to own.
